All Parrot Pens are fully guaranteed against defects
in materials and workmanship.
Shipment will be made 7 to 10 business days from the
date order is received. When proofs are involved, production
time begins upon approval of the proof. Prior factory
approval is needed forexpedited shipping.
All shipments F.O.B. factory, Petersburg, VA. Unless
otherwise requested, we will ship via UPS or FedEx,
using the best and most economical service to ensure
on time delivery. Shipments to post office boxes, APO
and FPO addresses will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service.
It is your responsibility to provide any necessary customs
documentation for shipments to foriegn countries (e.g.,
NAFTA papers, customs declarations, invoices, etc.).
We cannot control the length of time in transit once
shipment leaves our factory. Any charges incurred by
us for shipping to addresses provided on your purchase
orders will be billed separately.

Minimum per imprint must be for at least one-half of
the minimum listed for the item. Absolute minimum orders
do not qualify.
We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under quantity

less than 500 pens per box, or other special packaing
needs such as plastic bags, please call for quote.

Authorization from factory is required prior to return
of merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused
and returned to sender. No credit will be issued for
merchandise that is unavailable for return to factory

Provided at no charge and will be sent out via First
Class Mail. We will send out samples via UPS or FedEx
using a valid account number that must be provided at
the time of request.
Any company names, service marks, logos or trademarks
shown in this catalog do not express or imply any endorsement

or trademarks, and are shown merely for effect and quality
of imprint. The Distributor and their client agree thatthey
bear responsibility, when placing an order for imprint,
that they have the right to reproduce a logo or design,
and that in the event of a claim, they will hold Parrot
Pen free of legal liability
for any unauthorized use.
Every effort is made to have a sufficient stock on hand
of standard color barrels and trim, however, for orders
which exceed the catalog quantities, delays in shipment
may occur due to availability of the items from our
suppliers. Colors not listed in the catalog are custom-made
for each order. In such instances a minimum quantity
may be required and may take additional time to procure
from our suppliers. We will notify you of any delays
or minimum quantities required to fill your order.
We are happy to provide shipping other then our UPS/FEDEX accounts. If customer directs Parrotpen to utilize their designated UPS/FEDEX account there will be a $10.00 (G) customer directed freight charge.
