All Parrot Pens are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We will pay for return shipping to our factory for authorized returns. PRICE CHANGES Prices listed supersede all those previously listed. Due to petroleum market volatility, please note that prices are subject to change without notice. NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME Shipment will be made seven to 10 business days from the date your artwork is approved. We assume that all artwork submitted with purchase orders is final and has been approved by the customer. We do not send proofs out for approval unless requested to do so. Please see ART WORK for details. If a longer production time is anticipated then you will be notified. Please note that production time for the PS305 (Wren Series) will take a minimum of 15 business days. RUSH ORDER Add $37.50 or 35% of the cost of your order, whichever is greater. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Every effort is made to have a sufficient stock on hand of standard color barrels and trim. However, delays in shipment may occur due to availability of items from our suppliers. If this is the case, you will be notified. ART WORK Please include a copy of your customer approved artwork via fax or email with your purchase order. We will reproduce your logo and copy at no charge, provided it is sent to us via email in a camera ready art format. Files should be sent as an .eps, .ai or .pdf file that has been flattened, converted to black and white, and with all of the text converted to outlines. All files should be formatted for PC based Adobe Illustrator CS3. Please note that we cannot accept .tiff, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .ai or .psd files that have been converted to an .eps file. The imprint must not exceed the maximum imprint area available for the pen style chosen, and you must email or fax us a copy of the entire imprint area as you want it to appear. Please note that we reserve the right to resize your artwork without notification to ensure it fits within the imprint area on the pen model that you have ordered. PROOFS Please include a copy of your customer approved artwork via fax or email with your purchase order. The artwork on your purchase order should appear exactly as you want it to appear on your pens. We assume that all artwork submitted with purchase orders is final and has been approved by the customer. Please note that we reserve the right to resize artwork without notification to ensure it fits within the imprint area on the pen model that you have ordered. We do not send proofs out for approval unless requested to do so. If requested, the first proof is always free of charge. Any additional proofs are charged at $10 (G). If a proof is requested, please note that your order will not go into production until the proof has been signed and returned to us. SHIPPING METHOD All shipments F.O.B. factory, East Coast. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship via UPS. For international shipments, please provide any necessary customs documentation (e.g., NAFTA papers, customs declarations, invoices, etc.). We cannot control the length of time in transit once shipment leaves our factory. Any charges incurred by us for shipping to addresses provided on your purchase orders will be billed separately. SPLIT DESTINATIONS $8.50 (G) per destination. THIRD PARTY/CUSTOMER DIRECTED FREIGHT We are happy to provide shipping other then our UPS/FEDEX accounts. If you direct Parrot Pen to utilize your designated UPS/FEDEX account there will be a $10.00 (G) customer directed freight charge. INSURANCE AND HANDLING $3.50 per box net. PACKAGING Bulk packaging is standard. Packaging in units of less than 500 pens per box and other special packaging needs such as plastic bags is available. PACKAGING SCHEDULE
STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS Black, process blue, reflex blue, gold, green, orange, purple, red, silver, white and yellow are standard. Recommended imprint colors are listed with each pen model. PMS COLOR MATCHING AND SPECIAL COLORS $25.00 (G) to mix color to match ink. While every effort will be made to match a requested color, we cannot guarantee an exact match. PMS colors are matched based on a white-coated surface, and are not recommended on frost, translucent or colored barrels. CHANGE OF IMPRINT COLOR $12.50 (G) per change. CHANGE OF COPY $30 (G) per change. OVER AND UNDER RUNS Quantities from 250-1,000 +/-10%. Quantities over 1,000 +/-5%. If you want an exact quantity shipped, add $20 (G) or 2% of the cost of your order, whichever is greater. CO-OP PRICING Use end quantity pricing with the catalog minimum. RETURNS Authorization from Parrot Pen is required prior to return of merchandise. Credits will not be issued for unreturned merchandise. SAMPLES Sample requests must be submitted via email or fax. Please indicate whether the delivery address is a business or a residence. Samples will be provided at no charge and will be sent out either via First Class Mail or UPS ground shipping. If you wish to have samples sent by an expedited UPS or FedEx service, please provide a valid account number when making your request. SPECULATIVE SAMPLES $30 (G) plus cost of shipping. If an order is placed, the $30 (G) will be deducted from the cost of your order. |
